Most of our volunteers want to volunteer weekly so we created the sign-up form to match that. However, please don't let that stop you from volunteering because we can usually accommodate whatever schedule you would like. Please email Michelle Landry at: Lan-pub@pobox.com to come up with a schedule that works for you.
Lunch starts at 11:30, so you definitely want to be parked and in the library before that bell rings so you avoid the traffic with everyone trying to leave the parking lot at the same time. 4h period starts at 1pm so you can leave any time after that.You are welcome to stay afterwards to shelve some books and soak in that library vibe if you would like.
The afternoon shift starts at 2pm and ends at 4pm.
Occasionally, we need people to fill in a spot. If you would like to be contacted when we need someone to fill in, please sign up in the "Library Volunteer Fill-In" section. This opportunity does not bind you to having to always fill-in; it simply lets us know you'd like to be contacted when we have an unexpected opening and need someone to fill in for that time.
