HAVE FUN:

The PTSA is offering PSHS parents or students themselves, the opportunity to purchase a RESERVED student parking spot at Plano Senior. Students who wish to purchase a reserved spot will be allowed to customize their spot with a painted design to reflect their school spirit and their personality!

 

The purpose of allowing students to paint their own parking spot is aimed at improving school pride and camaraderie. Students can “own” a piece of the school. We encourage students to express themselves through positive artwork. Remember, purchasing a student parking spot is completely optional.

 

Personalized Parking Spots will be yours during school hours, from the beginning of the school year through graduation. They are first come first served based on placed orders!

 

 

 

LOTS AND SPOT NUMBERS:

In the Parking Spot Order/Contract Form, linked below, there will be an opportunity to indicate preferences of LOT and SECTION in priority order. Reserved Parking Spots are available in A LOT and EAST LOT (formerly called Africa). Please refer to the map images below. The same map images are also pictured in the Order/Contract Form.

 

A LOT (entrance on West Park Blvd): 250 Spots

 

EAST LOT: 110 Spots

 

 

The Parking Spot assigned to you will be identified by a "LETTER and NUMBER."

 

Parking Spot Number Example: A3 (Lot: A, Spot: 3)

 

 

PTSA will do its best to assign you a spot within the lot and section of your preference (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE based on order date). 

 

You will RECEIVE YOUR PARKING SPOT NUMBER just before OR when you check in ON PAINTING DAY.

Saturday & Sunday, AUGUST 3rd & 4th   7:00 to 11:00am and 5:00pm to Dusk

Saturday & Sunday, AUGUST 10th & 11th  7:00 to 11:00am and 5:00pm to Dusk

THEN, FOLLOW THESE FOUR STEPS TO PURCHASE A RESERVED PARKING SPOT:

  • STEP ONE: PURCHASE/RESERVE YOUR STUDENT PARKING SPOT - Read, Understand, Complete, Sign and Purchase RESERVED PARKING SPOT using the purchase spot button below. ALL PARKING LOT SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

IF YOU DO NOT "SEE" THE PARKING SPOTS ORDER FORM WHEN YOU CLICK THE PURCHASE SPOT BUTTON, PLEASE "SCROLL BELOW" THE FOUR STEPS "ON THIS PAGE" AND REFER TO THE "PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT!!!" SECTION!!!

 

 

  • STEP TWO: PLAN, COMPLETE AND UPLOAD YOUR PARKING SPOT DESIGN FOR APPROVAL - Upon purchasing/reserving your parking spot, you will receive a confirmation email receipt that "TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT" contains a button link to a "DESIGN REQUEST FORM," which is also linked to the button below. First, access the DESIGN REQUEST FORM and use the DESIGN TEMPLATE to sketch your design. Then, second, fill out the form, upload your design using the upload field and submit the form AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO PAINTING DAY.

 

 

  • STEP THREE: PAINT YOUR RESERVED PARKING SPOT - After your design is approved, paint your reserved parking spot with your approved design, during our scheduled painting days (listed above on this page, below the map images). If you are keeping your reserved, painted spot for a second year, you are not required to repaint your spot. That is entirely your choice.

 

 

  • STEP FOUR: PURCHASE YOUR PARKING "PERMIT/PASS" ... IN ADDITION TO PURCHASING A RESERVED PARKING SPOT, YOU MUST ALSO PURCHASE A PARKING PERMIT/PASS THROUGH RYCOR (after the first couple/few weeks of the school year, the school administration will reinforce the usage of the parking permit/pass)!!! - The cost of a parking "Permit/Pass" for the year is $75 and can be paid for through Rycor: https://www.pisd.edu/rycor starting August 1st 2024. As soon as they are available to purchase, you will need to purchase a Parking "Permit/Pass." Parking passes have been ordered and will be delivered to students who've purchased their pass, within the first couple/few weeks of school. Then display your "Permit/Pass" in your car accordingly when you park in your reserved spot.

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE, IMPORTANT!!!:

The "PURCHASE SPOT" button above directs you to our "Open Forms" webpage. If you do not see the "Personalized/Reserved Parking Spots for 2024-2025 for "Student Name" order form under the "Forms" section, it means either it is after June 30 and you need to update ALL of your contact information in your user account OR you don't have an "active student" added to your user account OR you need to first purchase a PSHS PTSA Membership for your student (the form is set up to be visible to user accounts that have a student added and only visible for student's who are members). Therefore:

 

If your student is not yet a 2024-2025 PSHS PTSA Member, you will need to first purchase a student PSHS PTSA Membership.

 

OR

 

If you are a parent who does not have a student added to your user account, you will need to add your student to your user account.

 

OR

 

if you are a parent of an incoming 2024-2025 Junior at Plano Senior, and that student is not yet added to your user account here on our Plano Senior PTSA website, you will need to "add that student to your user account as an "ACTIVE 11th GRADE STUDENT"

 

OR

 

if you are a student yourself who is using your own user account to order a parking spot, you will need to add "yourself" again/also as an active student on your user account (therefore you will be listed in your user account TWICE: 1. as a "1st Adult Contact" AND as an "Active Student"

 

In the last three circumstances above, please follow these steps to add a student (or yourself as a student, if you are a student) to your user account:

 

1. Use this direct link to the "Step 2 - Contact Information" page here: STEP 2 - CONTACT INFORMATION PAGE then...

 

2. Click the "Add Student" turquoise button at the top to add your student or yourself (if you are the student) as a student to your user account.\

 

Once you have a student added to your user account, you will be able to purchase your student's PSHS PTSA Membership on the "PTSA Memberships 2024-2025 order form (make sure to SCROLL DOWN to see the student memberships section in the middle of the memberships order form). AFTER WHICH, you will be able to see and use the Personalized/Reserved Parking Spots for 2024-2025 for "Student Name" order form.

 

Your/Your Student's information may also be added/updated by clicking on "Contact Information" at the top of our "Open Forms" page where you find the order forms. There will be a green check mark next to "Contact Information" Click on the "Contact Information" link and follow the steps to verify/update your contact information in "Step 1" then click the "Next" turquoise button to be directed to "Step 2" where you will add your Active Student.

 

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: If you do not see ANY order forms listed on our Open Forms webpage, it means you need to update ALL of your contact information for the new school year. In this case, there will NOT be a green check mark next to "Contact Information." Click on the "Contact Information" link and follow the steps to verify/update your your 1st and 2nd Adult Contact information in "Step 1" then click the "Next" turquoise button to be directed to "Step 2" where you will update/verify/add your Active Student information.
