Program: John-Mark Meulman, LPC, LCDC - John-Mark Meulman is a licensed chemical dependency counselor in the state of Texas and licensed professional counselor in the states of Arkansas, Texas and Colorado. John-Mark is the program administrator for Collin County Substance Abuse Program, which is a county program offering free education and adolescent substance abuse evaluations. Mr. Meulman is on the adult fatality review board in Collin County and passionate about educating parents and adolescents on the dangers of fentanyl and other drug trends.

Make sure to attend, exercise your voice and hear from John-Mark Meulman, who will speak about a variety of drug related issues, including Fentanyl. We look forward to seeing you Wildcats!
